This construct displays a dialogue with the question text as its caption and prompts the User for an 'answer'. The answering value entered by a User in response will be stored as the required field value: see also Defining a composite field.

The default is to prompt once per file. Alternatively, to prompt for every page, check when field changes in the 'Action' section of the 'Advanced' page of the Field definitions dialogue.
